T202 is Zinc Butyl Octyl Primary Alkyl Dithiophosphate (ZDDP). This product features favorable anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion performance and extreme pressure anti-wear property. It can effectively protect engine bearings from corrosion, and prevent oil viscosity growth due to oxidation in a high temperature. The product is light in color and nice in oil solubility and additive compatibility. It can be widely used in various industrial lubricating oils such as gear oil and hydraulic oil. Combined with detergents and dispersants, the product can be used to produce all grades of engine oils.

Mainly include: four-ball extreme pressure friction tester, ICP emission spectrometer (imported), polymer oil shear stability tester, ultra-low temperature thermostat, petroleum product density tester, high temperature high shear viscosity tester (HTHS), lubricating oil anti-emulsification performance tester, heptane insoluble petroleum analysis centrifuge, marine oil-water separation tester.
T202 is Zinc Butyl Octyl Primary Alkyl Dithiophosphate (ZDDP), a protective lubricant additive that features favorable anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, and extreme pressure anti-wear properties.
The reference dosage is 0.5% to 3.0% when blending oil for applications like gear oil, hydraulic oil, or engine oil.
T202 is widely used in industrial lubricating oils such as gear oil and hydraulic oil. When combined with detergents and dispersants, it can also be used to produce all grades of engine oils.
T202 protects engine bearings from corrosion and prevents oil viscosity growth caused by oxidation in high-temperature environments.
Quality and product indicators are controlled using a four-ball extreme pressure friction tester, ICP emission spectrometer, polymer oil shear stability tester, ultra-low temperature thermostat, HTHS viscosity tester, anti-emulsification performance tester, and marine oil-water separation tester.
T202 is an oil-soluble amber transparent liquid with a density of 1092 kg/m³ at 20ºC and a typical kinematic viscosity of 11.6 mm²/s at 100ºC.
